When you place an order with Urban Yarns, you’ll need to complete and submit an online registration form.  The information you provide will be used to set up your customer account so you can easily re-order from us and so we can process your account.  This information will be kept in strict confidence and will not be shared with any other company or organization.

You can edit your personal information at any time by updating your account profile on our site.  Any such changes are effective immediately.  And you can ask us to delete your personal information by sending us an email request to knitting@urbanyarns.ca.
